Shipping

Please note: Due to COVID19 we are finding that some deliveries are taking longer than expected as carrier services are disrupted. 

UK delivery: We use Royal Mail to offer 24-48 Hour tracked delivery.

International delivery: We use fully tracked shipping within 3-7 day delivery frames to most countries.

Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Tracking: You will be notified by email or phone once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.

Customs fees: Depending on which country you are from, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country.  It is the customer's duty to research this before confirming a purchase, as any charges for customs clearance must be paid for by the customer. There will be no refunds issued because of customs disputes.

Countries we do not ship: Åland Islands, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Equatorial Guinea, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Norfolk Island, Palestinian Territories, Pitcairn Islands, Spain, São Tomé & Príncipe, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, U.S. Outlying Islands, Wallis & Futuna, Western Sahara, Ascension Island, Tristan da Cunha, St. Pierre & Miquelon.
